  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add Risk Events to the Risk Register Using GenAI

You can generate risk events using Generative AI (GenAI).

The GenAI feature employs an artificial intelligence tool that utilizes publicly available information and proprietary data created and owned by Deltek. It is provided subject to the Acumen terms. Deltek does not independently verify the accuracy of each risk event. You are encouraged to independently review and verify the accuracy of the AI-generated risk events.

To add risk events to the Risk Register using GenAI, complete the following steps:

  1. On the S3 // Risk tab, click Views > Left Panel > Risk Register.
  2. Click Add Risk Event.
  3. Select Generate Risks With AI.
  4. In the Generate Risk With AI dialog, complete the following fields:
    • Project Type: Enter the project type manually or select from the dropdown menu options.
    • Project Locations: Enter one or more locations using zip codes, cities, states, or countries.
    • Project Period Of Performance: Acumen will use the project start and finish dates by default. Change these dates as needed to cover potential risk impacts.
    • Target Number of Results: By default, this field will display -1. Use the arrow keys to change this to your preferred value. The maximum value is 25.
    • Additional Notes: Fill this out with additional information you want Acumen to include in the AI prompt. The more detail you provide the better the results.
  5. Click Generate.
    The generated risk events will display with the AI icon.
